At Wynx876 Beauty, we aim to provide a seamless and professional experience for all our clients. Please carefully review the following policies to ensure a smooth booking process.
Booking Requirements
A credit card, wire transfer, or cash deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit via one of the following methods:

Credit Card: Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Wire Transfer: You may also complete the deposit via wire transfer using the banking details provided below.

Cash Deposit: Cash deposits must be made in person at our studio. Please contact us to arrange the deposit.

Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

This deposit will be applied toward your total balance on the day of your service.

If the service is not completed, the deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you cancel or reschedule more than once, a 50% deposit will be required before your appointment can be rebooked.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in the inability to book future services unless the full-service amount, plus any applicable fees, is paid in advance. Reconsideration is subject to review based on circumstances.
Late Arrival Policy
Punctuality is essential to ensure all clients are serviced efficiently:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling and a 50% deposit will be required before your appointment can be rebooked.

If you are late by less than 15 minutes, your service will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Previous Work Policy
If you have had work done elsewhere—whether it’s permanent makeup, lash extensions, or any other relevant service—and require a correction, fill, removal, or cover-up, the following applies:

A consultation appointment is mandatory before booking the actual service.

Same-day consultations are not permitted.

Please do not arrive at your appointment with unapproved previous work. If you fail to follow this policy, your appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
Silent Appointment Policy
Your comfort and mental well-being are a priority at Wynx876 Beauty. If you’re feeling anxious, tired, mentally drained, or simply prefer a quiet experience, you may request a Silent Appointment.
During this time, there will be minimal conversation, allowing you to relax and prioritize yourself without judgment or offense. You are welcome to request this option when booking or at the start of your appointment. Your time is yours to enjoy, and your mental health matters.
